The Bacardi-Maritini group's historic eponymous brand called on Com'Over to bring the spirit of the traditional Turin Aperitivo to the general public. A major challenge for an already renowned alcoholic beverage company.
This event activation is based on the use of bars and the history of these places. We wanted to transform traditional/classic places into ephemeral bars to show the universal character of Aperitivo: hair salons, art galleries, etc. were turned into bars for a few days. At the same time, we imagined an ephemeral bar, with a cocktail menu that changed daily, depending on the guest bartenders from all over the world. The final aspect of our activation was the creation of a taste workshop to help people discover bitterness and the subtle interplay of flavors.
