When it redesigned its positioning in 2013, Mastercard was built around experience and created a loyalty program Priceless: a unique offer of tailor-made and exclusive experiences and activations. The brand expresses itself in different territories such as culture, gastronomy, fashion or sport.
We support the brand by managing this entire program:assets (sourcing & relationship with partners + management of available assets), the platform (Web Content Management and Writing & Sending of newsletters), communication (promotion on social networks & newsletter) operation (ticketing management, writing/sending of confirmation emails, after-sales service, partner relays, etc.). The agency also works on strategic analyses and recommendations throughout the year.
