Promoting the "1 young, 1 solution" program

our support

At the end of the covid-19 crisis, Randstad committed to the government's "1 young, 1 solution" plan, aimed at the younger generation, with the goal of offering employment solutions to the 15-29 years old. For Randstad, the challenges are multiple: launching the "randstad neo" program, raising awareness for their job offers, rejuvenating the brand's image.
For this, we capitalized on Alexandre Gigow, a recognized influencer among the 15-29 year olds, to address young people & embody the program. The program, on his Instagram account: teaser stories, videos meeting students at the university of Nanterre, a live in the Randstad's offices with students & the marketing director of our partner, reminder formats.
